He stayed in regular contact to let me know what he found and when I should expect it to be delivered. He got me the exact watch I had been looking for. Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.

Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

Mad Con I came in to have a few pieces of my jewelry soldered and was so impressed with the experience! The turnaround time was super quick, and the work was very clean and professional. I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about the costs—everything was explained clearly and priced very reasonably. Great service, great people. I’ll definitely be coming back here or to their new location for any future jewelry needs!
