He stayed in regular contact to let me know what he found and when I should expect it to be delivered. He got me the exact watch I had been looking for. The other great thing about Max is he kept following up with me after the purchase. Thx Max.

I love the consistency in how you are treated every time you walk in the business. You are always greeted with a smile, how can we help, small talk, and a bottle of water if you should desire. Every team member is consistent every time I have visited over the past 10 years. I have had jewelry cleaning for my David Yurman necklace thanks to Melodie. I get a text reminder every 6 months! I have had jewelry repairs done efficiently and timely. My latest experience is amazing !!! I went in to get a cleaning, Melodie was not there and I was just hanging out while they cleaned my necklace. Rhonda was chatting with me about what I was up to. We were having a great conversation and then I asked if she thought they might have a matching wedding band for my wedding ring. I had not been able to find one that matched. Guess what ??? You’re right… Rhonda found a match! I couldn’t be happier. It was my 5 year wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with the matching ring! I am complete ! I have a great relationship with the team at Orloff. I never feel put off or put to the side. Always welcome by the entire team at Orloff! Sometimes, it is not the least expensive that gets your attention…it is how they make you feel!!! And I feel like I am walking on sunshine !!! Thank you team Orloff!
