Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests. Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends!
