I did my own exploration of the site then transitioned to talking to the professionals at Jewelry Exchange for further planning and detail and sure enough the ring came FEDEX to me on Saturday and it was perfect and I mean perfect to the finest detail. She also mentioned to me they offer one half price item during your birthday month. I ventured to the store while doing some Christmas shopping and was greeted immediately. I was asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking around. She then explained the layout of the store and showed me where the new items were. I browsed around for a bit which was a tad difficult since I had my 7 year old with me but everyone was very nice to him and made him feel welcome. I found a necklace I fell in love with and asked about the half off during your birthday month. They said yes they offer that deal, you just need to show your drivers license. Check out was quick and easy and my receipt was emailed to me. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The store was nicely organized and clean. I would not hesitate to return to purchase more.

You guys have always gone above and beyond to help me out during these hard financial times due to our crappy economy and high prices. I would encourage anybody who has something to pawn or sell to go to best jewelry and loan. And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! Ive been bringing my diamond band here for years now for replacement, tightening and cleaning and have always been happy with their personalized & accommodating service and attention to detail. The store visuals are outstanding as well with dazzling merchandise and walls decorated with some lovely photography by the owner Michael, which I found to be a nice personal touch. Thankyou!
