Chase O Kevin and his family do an amazing job. They make sure customers are happy and satisfied, he created me a custom engagement ring last year before Christmas and it turned out amazing. Im getting ready to propose with it soon, but I had noticed one of the stones was larger than the other after looking at it hard enough. I pointed it out to him when I brought it in recently almost a year later. He went ahead and replaced the two stones so the size & color matched and didnt charge me for any of it. Would gladly do business here again as they are a pleasure to work with.

Erieon I Was looking to buy something for my brothers birthday and I have never bought jewelry before in my life. I never knew the difference between silver and gold other than the fact that they are two different colors. I want to give a 5 star review to Carlos for his great customer service and jewelry knowledge! I was definitely more at peace knowing I had someone that knew what I was looking for and that knew what they were talking about. Definitely made my first jewelry store experience a great one. Christy James Carmen is such a sweetheart! I found her shop while looking online for a jewelry store in San Diego. The map will take you exactly to her business door on Fourth Ave. Carmen came right down to let me in and took me to her workshop. Her workshop was such a cute/cozy vibe. Carmen had SO many different options for bracelets, necklaces, rings (really anything you could think of) AND she has multiple metal options! Her charms range from zodiac signs, to crystals, to heart shapes, and even pearls. Carmen was excited to help me mix two different chains to make a one of a kind bracelet for me. She also added a beautiful pearl charm to my anklet for the perfect San Diego souvenir. To top it all off, Carmen ended the visit with a cute little “Thank You” bag that helps you take care of your new jewelry. Thank you so much Carmen for being so sweet and kind!

Stefano Fontanelli I wanted a custom engagement ring. I went to Diablo Fine Jewelers and talked to David who was very nice and knowledgeable. I showed them how I wanted and I got the first CAD rendering after a couple of weeks to better understand how it looked. They created a copy made with wax to test the stones (sapphire and diamonds) and once I gave the OK it took only another two weeks to get the real ring. The result is outstanding, my fiancée loves it and also everyone else (me included). Diablo Fine Jewelers is my go to place whenever I need to buy a precious present for my loved ones. I highly recommend it.
