The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

To our surprise, she spoke fluent Chinese! Meilin was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She thoughtfully recommended earring styles she believed would suit my daughter, making the shopping experience truly special. Lisa Loh I have an old automatic watch that runs fast and has a broken clasp that needs fixing/overhauled. Dan, in consultation with the watch maker, provided an estimate which was more expensive than what I could afford; more than buying a new watch. Alas, watch-making is a dying art and requires special skill so the cost is understandable. Appreciated Dans knowledge, patience and friendliness and will definitely return for other watch-related needs.

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests.
