Tera Melcher Had a piece of jewelry that we wanted to sell but werent sure where to go being new to the area. We found Humboldt Pawn online and all of the positive reviews and decided it was worth a shot. We were greeted by Jessica who was very friendly and knowledgeable and we ended up walking away with more money than we expected to get! We were blown away by the experience. Jessica is awesome! She also ended up talking to us about places and events we should check out now that we live here. A+

Miyashiro Josephin I trust this place with my watches. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. They know the inner workings of all brands, even the ones they dont carry... I brought my Wrestling digital in and they fixed it for me.... And their prices for minor repairs and batteries are the best Ive encountered in CA. I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....

Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

marco Cute, quaint jewelry store that cuts a lot of the hype and bullshit out of jewelry shopping. their walls are beige and the overhead lights are warm, so youre looking at jewelry in natural settings. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but they wont BS you either. Overall it is a great, low-pressure place to stop in.
