1 /5 Jasmine k: Worst experience ever. I went into get a ring and I was stuck between 2 I ended up getting the thinner one. The lady (didn’t get her name) she was a little older seemed like she didn’t want to deal w me in the first place. Went to check out and she packed me the wrong ring I had to tell her no I wanted the other one. Checked out and everything left the store and luckily I checked my ring before I even left the mall she still packed me the wrong ring! At that point I didn’t even want the ring anymore I was so disappointed in the customer service I was over it so I just returned and went home.

1 /5 Hannah Kort: this is the worst pandora ever! I took my necklace that has two charms in for cleaning. A lady named Kate proceeded to take my necklace in the back. When it was finished, another lady by the name of Melissa brought my necklace to me and told me to have a nice day. I immediately noticed one of my charms was missing. I asked Melissa where it was and she proceeded to say that it fell down the drain. The lady that originally took my necklace, Kate, never came back out to apologize or explain what happened. Neither of them showed any integrity and didn’t own up to their mistake. They were going to allow me to walk out the door without my charm if it wasn’t for me noticing it was missing. Do not recommended.

1 /5 Diego Garcia: Worst service ever, we ordered a size 5 ring online and received a 7.5 they told us to come to our nearest store to exchange the ring for the same value or get our money back, we informed the lady and said she was gonna make some calls and call us as soon as she had news, hours go by and no call, we go back in and and ask and she had such a bad attitude, she said she was doing us a favor by giving us service, which I believe was racism, they’re all white basic fake blondes so I’m guessing you’d imagine that from those type of people. Not the first time I’ve come here and not once have I had good service here.

1 /5 Shelina Chandra: Went there to purchase my friend a small birthday bracelet and charm while waiting for my movie to start at the cinema at the Galleria. Served by this girl Doce and she was tried to rush me. It was closing time for them so I understood employees want to go home. However, she could not concentrate at all. She showed me a charm and then put it back and when I asked her to show me again, she could not find it. She kept telling me “oh this one starts at that price range or that”. I asked her to show me some in a certain price range and she only showed me two more when there were more. I told her I can see her mind is not there and she said sarcastically “ yea, not here”. Bad attitude and she walked away. She should not be working there with that much attitude.
