Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Becky and Matt. Found out Matt is a fellow musician and our personalities gelled immediately. Wonderful selection of items and nice inventory. I highly recommend!

Had them design a pendant earring set for my Wife which she loved! As the pandemic abates, will have them design a second set for our 45th Wedding Anniversary.

5 /5 April McNichols: I brought a ring in for cleaning and replacement of some small stones that had fallen out. The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. My ring came back looking gorgeous! I was very happy with their service.

I had my grandmothers vintage ring repaired at another jeweler a few years ago and was not too impressed with the results of the repairs or cleaning. Not to mention, the repairs did not last more than a few weeks. I decided to have Ripon Jewelers access the ring and give suggestions on repairs. Not only were they able to help me with the replacement of diamonds that had fallen out from faulty repairs, but they fixed the prongs and added a new head to encase the center stone. They were also able to upgrade the center diamond. All of this for a fraction of the cost I paid at the previous jewler for fewer repairs and no upgrades. Not only was the customer service far more than superior, but my grandmothers vintage ring was returned to me in a state that brought me to tears! This 50+ year old, dingy, broken down ring looks like it is brand new. I will never be able to thank Ripon Jewelers enough for restoring this piece of my familys history.
