She was so nice and made our whole experience even better. She adjusted our necklaces many times and moved our charms around with no hesitation. The owners were lovely to deal with and we are just really, really happy with everything. We felt very comfortable with them handling our precious heirloom. Dee Thomas I went in to this jewelry store today and was greeted with a big smile and a bubbly hello. I went in looking to repair a ring of mine and was assured that they would be able to fix it, have cleaned, and pick it up the next day for a really decent price which mad me very happy! I also bought a gold pendant and the owner cleaned my necklace for free as well. I’m excited to find an affordable place for jewelry/ repair and will definitely be back.

Joe Turner Incredible experience, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The in store experience is really a necessity for Hoorsenbuhs, because online pictures just don’t do justice to the pieces. It’s incredible how they’ve taken a single motif and creating so many creative representations of it. There’s so much variety and uniqueness to their pieces, it’s hard to not end up buying everything! The new Venice location is amazing, so many unique touches and pieces of art. Very much worth the trip no matter where in LA you are!
