Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. A Si This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability.
