5 /5 Nicole Smith: Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!

1 /5 Ash Tng: I visited the Cartier store in Palo Alto today to purchase a ring I really wanted, but I had an absolutely terrible experience. The sales associate who was supposed to help us never introduced herself, barely spoke to us, and showed zero interest in assisting. She simply stared at us with an unpleasant attitude the entire time. I’ve shopped at this store before, and the service was completely different back then, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Because of this, I decided not to buy the ring and left the store. Very upsetting for a luxury brand like Cartier.

2 /5 Rachel Sinclair: A beautiful brand — but something feels off at this location I’ve always loved Cartier and have been a loyal client across multiple locations. Recently though, I’ve noticed something unsettling at this boutique: every time I visit, there are so many new faces. It feels like the entire team turns over constantly, especially when I compare it to other locations like San Francisco, where I always see the same familiar, smiling faces. The staff here still try their best, but the energy feels different — almost tense. As a client, I can feel when something behind the scenes isn’t being managed well. I’ve even been told at the door that I can’t come in without an appointment — which has never happened to me at any other Cartier store. As a regular client, that felt discouraging and unnecessary. This store doesn’t feel like Cartier anymore. I truly hope the company looks into how this boutique is being run.

1 /5 Allen Pham: Came in to get my Trinity Cord bracelet swapped for a different color/size. Unfortunately, the guy who helped me had zero customer service skills… He looked like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t say a single word the entire time. I genuinely thought he might not even speak. The other staff members were at least polite.
