I sent her my old jewelry and she sent me back the most gorgeous, modern rings. The packaging she sent them in was stunning. I am madly in love with my new rings which hold sentimental value as well. Jennifer is delightful to work with and an amazing creative force of nature. Her artistry is so unique.

Jimmy Diaz I brought my wifes engagement ring here because the biggest diamond of them all fell off. They did not only fix it, but they also reinforced all the other diamonds and polished it, making the white gold shine like never before. They also did it three days earlier than expected.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings and later returned with my husband and we also purchased a gorgeous ring! I only wish I could go back to buy all my jewelry from them!!! The prices were fair and she did not try to sell me, in fact she steered me towards items that looked better for me but cost less. Maybe its worth another vacation!! Go see Ly!!

The product shipped and was received within two days of ordering, so I was very happy with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, creative jewelry. Michelle B I will go on saying that I barely do reviews and mostly positive ones when I can. Prices are beyond more reasonable than other piercings parlors which is why I go there if I have to when it comes to saving money. It comes down to just eh customer service. I understand customer service is difficult, I just to worked as one but these associates often come off as irritated. They are barely helpful when it comes to needing help in figuring out sizes. Everytime I go, they make me feel stupid. A simple greeting is hard to get from them as well, most of the time, I come out feeling like a burden. I understand that you need a general understanding of piercings, but I am sure there are beginners that reluctant to ask for help with the general unkind mood coming from the associates. Overall good prices but not the best customer service.
