Emily Arnott My fiance and i went 3 weeks ago. We were initially just looking until i fell in love with one ring. Went back three weeks after initially looking and the staff remembered us. They’re extremely kind and helpful with discussing all of our financial options without making you feel trapped into one option. The older gentleman was extremely kind and talked with us throughout the whole process with stories he had relating to things about my fiance and i. which was a very nice conversation to have while debating financial options. they have a very wide selection of rings. all very good quality and a ton of lab made designs. if ever we were to get a new ring/ add bands i’d absolutely go back to this place! really good experience overall. they also weren’t bothered when i asked to try on a ton of different ring styles and options. very patient people and all so kind. also extremely reasonably priced with good deals depending how you pay!

yuri forgot The workers were super nice and welcoming. They let us know that there was a summer sale going on. Place looked absolutely amazing.

Janay McCullough Update: If I could give 10 stars, I would! I worked with Marielle again to design another ring. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it better than I could have imagined. I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

Art Guerrero Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.
