Karen Contreras-Ortega I went in with an idea, not really looking over their inventory… just showing pictures of things I found online and wanting it to come to life. I was heard, respected, valued, and very much taken care of. Some customization had to take place but it was all done in house with reasonable pricing and timeframes. And let me tell you… their recommendations and the overall outcome of the final product superseded what I thought I wanted at the beginning. They took my idea and made it 10times better and it came to life faster than I expected! This will always be my go to for all things Jewelry! A+++++

Teressa Costello My husband wanted me to have a new set of weddings rings. We would drive by Ozel Jewelers all the time. We decided that we would go in and look at the jewelry. Mr. Abraham and Mr. Steve were very nice to us. Mr. Abraham asked us if he could get us some refreshments while serving us. My husband and I looked at several rings. We saw one that I liked but it wasnt gold. Mr. Abraham said he could make the same ring for me in gold. We went to if office and he design the ring and picked the diamonds for it. Is design look exactly like the ring in if case. Mr. Abraham is really knowledgeable about is profession. He educated us about the diamonds and gold. I truly enjoy talking with him. He made the ring and Im wearing it and let me tell you it is absolutely gorgeous. I would refer anyone thats looking for jewelry to him. Thank you Mr. Abraham for a gorgeous ring. You told me it was going to be beautiful and you were right.

Aubrey Selfridge This is my go to jeweler. They help me design and create my finances engagement ring and was a amazing experience. The attention to detail was amazing. Later on they created the wedding band for her and made my wedding band as well. They were able to use old family gold in all the rings to make them truly special to us. Great staff and Dan the jeweler is very talented.

siyi zhang I wanted an aubergine datejust one year ago when I got married, went to the Westfield location but they didn’t put me on waitlist. One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

The shipping was fast and came with all the certifications and was packaged nicely. I made a custom ring and they added engraving as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an engagement ring.

In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.
