Rob, the owner, along with his wonderful family, is warm, generous, and genuinely good-hearted. Every visit feels like you’re stepping into a place where people truly care—there’s no pressure, just patience, kindness, and incredible service. Rob is incredibly talented and humble. You’d never know from his down-to-earth nature that his clients include a long list of celebrities and movie stars. That kind of success, paired with such humility, is rare and refreshing. Their jewelry is absolutely stunning—each piece is like wearable art. I’m lucky enough to own three of them, and I get compliments every time I wear one. The quality, craftsmanship, and beauty are far beyond anything I’ve seen elsewhere. Their prices are better, the selection is exceptional, and their jewelry repair service is flawless. This is a true local business with heart and integrity. We need more places like this—where customer service still means something and every interaction leaves you smiling. Jordan was a great help and really was able to help me find what I was looking for, Great staff with knowledge and interpretive skills! Worth a look if you are in the area! It also has a wide selection of cheap and comically large rings, which makes this store good for cosplayers and DIY projects. Cute little store with a lot of potential! I will come back!
