4 /5 Tu Lam: This is one of those traditional Asian jewlery shops. They have both jewerly, but they also make little gold Chinese zodiac animals and plaques for the walls, You can also get your watch battery changed here. Drop it off and its usually dont in 30 minutes or less.

1 /5 T L: Zero stars. Please don’t bring a watch here for a battery replacement. They destroyed my Michele watch and wouldn’t admit it. See pics, the dial/face is completely off centered, multiple cracks in the mother of pearl. The crown and watch no longer moves, and they tried to give it back to me without saying anything! When I confronted them, they claimed they didn’t break or move anything and that they replace batteries all the time. The pictures can’t even capture the damage and cracks, but for reference, it used to say “Swiss movement” on my watch and it’s so off, you can’t see it, the cracks run from right to across the bottom. I get that it isn’t a Rolex, but customer items are something that they should treat with respect and not lie about it. To add insult to injury, the price of my watch doubled in the past 10 years. I’m sure they knew the watch was pricey and didn’t want to admit fault to reimburse me. If they can’t take ownership of their mistakes, what integrity does this business have for anything else they do or sell?
