We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! jose Rodriguez The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.

I also really appreciate the fact that most if not all of their pieces come in silver and gold (it’s often difficult for me to find high quality silver jewelry at a good price).
