I always wanted to build my ring and I was looking for a reputable company. I did some research and I found JewelryThis. I was a little nervous initially because all of the communication was via a messaging system. But I quickly started to feel comfortable after we messaged a couple of times. They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. I would definitely recommend JewelryThis to anyone who wants to buy or build their special piece of jewelry. I truly had a fun time building my ring! My ring turned out so beautiful, it was everything that I imagined it to be. My process took a few weeks, but it went faster than I expected. I plan to build another ring for my husband in the near future because the process was so seamless. I also want to mention that the quality of my ring is outstanding!

Matthew T Cartier is exceptional in their service and overall experience. I bought a Santos de Cartier watch recently and wanted a few leather and alligator band options. The staff was amazing from start to finish and take the time with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I bought two bands and looked at my next purchase which will be a tank model.

I chose mine from their estate collection at the time. It was simple and beautiful and in our budget at the time but I always imagined building it up at some point. We were finally able to do that around our 15th anniversary and it is now even more beautiful!! The jeweler crafted my ring exactly as I described (and drew out) to them. Weve also gotten some pearl earrings and another estate piece here over the years. They always take care of their customers... they treat us like family. We often stop in to have our wedding rings cleaned professionally by them and they always look like new again :-)
