5 /5 Matthew T: Cartier is exceptional in their service and overall experience. I bought a Santos de Cartier watch recently and wanted a few leather and alligator band options. The staff was amazing from start to finish and take the time with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I bought two bands and looked at my next purchase which will be a tank model.

1 /5 TJ C: We unfortunately had a bad experience here and won’t be returning — we visited the evening of 5/25 and the blonde lady working at the time was unprofessional. She was rude to us, and her body language and tone made us feel unwelcome, which was surprising given Cartiers reputation for exceptional customer service. This felt particularly jarring since other team members we observed appeared friendly and professional. We hope management will address service consistency to ensure all customers receive the respectful treatment Cartier is known for.

I spoke with Justin and we scheduled an appointment for the weekend since I couldn’t make it during the week. He was punctual and very professional. Knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Very happy with my purchase and overall experience. The entire process was seamless thank you to Justin. Will definitely be back at some point in the future.

We had the most professional and helpful experience at this location with an associate, Justin. Justin displayed patience, sincere intentionality, and provided helpful information on each piece I showed interest in. We were so lucky to have been able to work with an associate like him that was so kind and passionate at his job. I will definitely be making an appointment with him for my next Cartier piece.
