Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. Shannon Lowery This Daniels Jewelers was awesome! I wish i could remember the name of the woman that helped us, she was so friendly and helpful. Everything had to be done curb side and it actually wasnt that bad. After dealing with Daniels jewelers in Ontario mills mall i didnt think we would ever be customers again but i guess its just a bad group of people over there and not all are the same. I highly recommend going to Daniels jewelers at this location in Montclair plaza and avoid Ontario mills location like the plague.
