Perrier Margaux (Margaux Perrier Jewelry) Its important to me to know and trust where my stones are coming from without a shadow of a doubt. I absolutely love working with Caleb. Not only does he find the most insane, incredible stones, but the cost for the quality and peace of mind knowing I can trust his pieces (and his eye), is not something that is common or replicable. Youll find it a challenge to meet anyone better or more enjoyable to work with. So grateful our paths have crossed and work in partnership with him. I find that it is an immense honor creating jewelry around such ancient stones that have taken sometimes millions of years to form, and knowing I am working with someone who honors them just as much, if not more? DeAjuané Jones This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Ninoska Castrillo This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time. My fiancée and I left very happy thank you Sarah! P.s. Corporate PLEASE take notice to how someone like Sarah and the staff here connect to the people here the best they can.

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.
