Ive been coming here for years, and theyve done everything from replacing a watch battery that other places refused to touch, saying the case was too "thin," but Henrys did it in less than 10 min--it was surreal, as if it was no big deal. Since then, Ive had everything from custom pieces made, to ring sizing and necklace adjustments, earring posts switched, etc. They are a family-run business and are supremely warm, caring, friendly and go the extra mile (even when theyre not going to make a profit). I went in yesterday for a simple watch link adjustment and he did not charge me--I had to insist on paying him :-) Ive also sold 22k gold and gotten a competitive rate . . . Im so lucky to have these guys as my neighborhood jeweler!
