5 /5 Bernie Wong: Great experiences. We went to Henrys a few years back to resize my wifes engagement ring and they did a superb job. Today went back as the stone was loose and Henrys reset the ring (re-did the prongs and polished). Was nervous about leaving the ring for few hours, asked if I could wait there and it was done in less than an hour. Great prices and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Julia S.: I just happened to find this place while searching for a place to get my chain clasps fixed, and Im so happy I did! Anthony was so friendly and knowledgeable -- after examining the clasp he told me it could be quickly repaired, and he took care of it in less than 5 minutes! Another jeweler at a different place wanted to charge me over $200 to replace the clasp, and hadnt even offered to repair it, but Anthony took the time to examine the piece and fix it right away. Hes clearly very knowledgeable, and he was so accommodating and helpful. I will be coming back with my other pieces! TL;DR -- this is an excellent establishment with awesome customer service and employees who really know and care about jewelry.

5 /5 Ranjan Patel PsyD MFT: This is a hidden gem, an unobtrusive little place with almost no storefront. But boy oh boy do they deliver high quality service! Ive been coming here for years, and theyve done everything from replacing a watch battery that other places refused to touch, saying the case was too "thin," but Henrys did it in less than 10 min--it was surreal, as if it was no big deal. Since then, Ive had everything from custom pieces made, to ring sizing and necklace adjustments, earring posts switched, etc. They are a family-run business and are supremely warm, caring, friendly and go the extra mile (even when theyre not going to make a profit). I went in yesterday for a simple watch link adjustment and he did not charge me--I had to insist on paying him :-) Ive also sold 22k gold and gotten a competitive rate . . . Im so lucky to have these guys as my neighborhood jeweler!
