They created a lovely atmosphere for my fiancé and I, clearly explained the features of the rings, and helped us find our favorite rings. In times when we were assisted by other staff, they were kind and very helpful. Overall, we had the best experience here and would highly recommend!

5 /5 Katherine Aitken: The store has an excellent selection and I have received excellent customer service. I had an unfortunate circumstance with a ring that I bought that kept losing stones. Thankfully, I had also purchased the warranty, so those stones were replaced every time they fell out. After multiple incidents of lost stones, I was given a new ring, which I hope will be a bit sturdier than the first one. I appreciate the staff taking steps to make my purchase right, and make me a happy customer again.
