5 /5 Sebastian Urtiz: Beautiful ring and quality service! My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade/update a heirloom engagement ring that was initially my grandmothers. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!

For my fiancé’s ring, they went above and beyond: Joe carefully hand-carved a breathtaking mountain landscape into the band, creating something deeply personal and one-of-a-kind. The craftsmanship, care, and artistry put into both rings made the entire process feel so special. 5 /5 Nate Forer: We came to Yale Jewelers first for a custom engagement ring and then for our wedding bands a year later. Joe worked with me to craft my wifes custom engagement ring, incorporating my great grandmothers diamond and creatively building in a natural style. From the moment you walk into the store, Joe is so personable and has a great way of connecting with people. We had a specific vision in mind for these rings that would feel like us, and Joe suggested we include the design of the encircled vines of the engagement ring into both of the wedding rings. They were able to design the wedding set so that the asymmetrical curve stacked together beautifully. When coming in for my wifes bridal jewelry he made good suggestions, and, at no charge, generously provided a clasp for the band of pearls she had brought in to match. We are so grateful to Yale Jewelers, and we will carry their work on our hands forever. Thank you!

A couple years back, I brought in a necklace my mom gave me that needed fixing. It meant a lot to me, and Joe was super cool about it—really careful and respectful. Last year, I ended up selling my wedding ring here too. I didn’t have all the paperwork, but Joe didn’t make it a big deal. He was super honest, easy to talk to, and gave me a fair price. The shop has good vibes—cute spot, easy to find, and there’s street parking right outside. You can tell people have been coming to him forever, and I get why. He’s real, professional, and just a good guy! If you need anything jewelry-related—fixing, buying, selling—go to Joy. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend.
