He has a mass selection of a variety of different types of jewelry that he can order. Most importantly, he can fix, maintenance, restore, resize, and do custom work on any jewelry piece. Doug was a really nice person and a great help for my fiancée and I. He was able resize her brand new engagement ring in a very fast and convenient time compare to very long waits at other places. I will 100% be coming back here for now on for all my jewelry needs.

Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

Pauline Cao We loved our experience at Brilliant Earth. Sophia was extremely helpful and patient since I was so indecisive. We came back twice for me and twice for my husband since his ring wasn’t in the showroom the first time around. Wished we knew you could request styles before your appointment! Would have save us a trip. Sophia did make sure that all the rings I requested were there at my 2nd appointment. Highly recommend!
