I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops Ive been to they just dont exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. Thanks! I will be back!

They were both incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking their time to help me find the perfect engagement ring upgrade without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I truly appreciated their patience and support throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

5 /5 Carmen Mariñez: we walked up as soon as they were closing the gates to the store and Carmela, and 1 other girl, not sure but my receipts have 2 names on them, Dalia and Lina, i think it was Lina though, very happily stopped closing and welcomed us in. They took in my repair, without question, understood what I had been going through in my life and just really was the best part of my day. They are so awesome. I came in on April 11, 2025! seriously, these ladies deserve a raise or something. Thanks again for your help ladies you really made my day!

1 /5 David Martinez: I bought an engagement ring back in 2021. The price was close to $10k so one would expect a quality product and hope for above average service in exchange. Neither is the case. The ring has a large stone in the center and many smaller stones that surround it as well as many stones throughout the ring. Over the years many of the stones have fallen off. Some weve found, others weve not been so lucky. Every time a stone falls off we take the ring to the store to repair and ask they check the entire ring so this doesnt continue to happen. Every time we drop the ring off they say they will and when picked up they say they did a thorough check. Despite their thorough inspections, the stones continue to fall off and the cycle continues. In addition, every time we drop the ring off they set a pickup date. We go a few days after their set pickup date, the ring has never been read on their set date. We ask every time why we were not notified the ring would not be ready for pickup? Sometimes they apologize but numerous other times they make lame excuses like "we sent you a text message." This has been an outright lie and they attempt this deception time after time. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything here. Their products are overpriced and customer service substandard.
