Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.

Amy was so warm, generous, flexible, patient, and simply a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Our car failed to start the day we had our experience (we were driving from Sacramento). Molly G I love Lovisa. It has never disappointed me. Today was the first time I had gotten a piercing there. Tima was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, patient, and so kind. She even gave my cousin her second piercing. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The piercings barely hurt! A+ as usual.
