Chris Lopez Christina is so wonderful, patient, and so nice. Through an email I explained my situation, which was an upcoming 35th Anniversary. Not only was Christina willing to email back and forth with me a few times, she even sent photos to me of rings that I was interested in. She held the ring for me, and long story short, when I was in town I visited the shop, and Christina really considered the ring I wanted to get for my wife and she made a new suggestion. I found an even more beautiful ring than the one I was originally interested in. Im sure my wife is going to love her new coral and turquoise ring next month for our anniversary. Jacq By chance I found this hidden gem of a jewelry store and repair on my way to donate at Snowline. I have had two sentimental pieces of my late mothers jewelry that have needed repair for years.... The garnet cabochon necklace required restringing, which I couldnt fine a jeweler who was able to fix. The jade needed a very narrow ring that was thicker on the top. The shop did a beautiful job, top notch! So knowledgeable, including the other employees. Love!❤️

Victoria Royals Jacob repaired a watch and band for me as well as put some batteries in a few other of my watches. He is very communicative and explained things to me so they were easy to understand. Work was done well and in a timely manner! Will be returning!

We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience.
