She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.

The booking and paperwork process was easy, I got a convenient time easily, and it cost about what I thought it would (not super cheap but everything was the highest quality).
