The work we had done took time and JP kept us informed during the entire process. We brought in 3 diamond rings, had the diamonds taken out and put into an earrings and necklace set, then had 3 new stones put into the original rings to make a mother’s ring. All turned out beautiful. Would definitely go back to Joe Escobar and work with JP again.

Erieon I Was looking to buy something for my brothers birthday and I have never bought jewelry before in my life. I never knew the difference between silver and gold other than the fact that they are two different colors. I want to give a 5 star review to Carlos for his great customer service and jewelry knowledge! Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
