Pura Vida - Irvine (CA)

1 /5 Chloe Lee: We had the worst service at the irvine spectrum puravida. Looked this up on yelp and couldn’t seem to find any locations, hmmm makes sense because their service is always trash. Me and my friends came here to get matching anklets and were treated with hostility. The women with dark brown hair and gold jewelry was targeting us. The moment we stepped into the store she kept on following us around and harassing us. She was very passive aggressive and was accusing us of trying to steal items and destroy merchandise. She then continued to follow us to the register. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FIRE HERE. This was on 5/31 at 6 p.m. If you are going to visit this store beware of the horrible service you will receive.

5 /5 Mo Mo: I usually dont leave comments because I dont always seem to want to leave less than a 5 star review, but this store and the employees are wonderful. I went in to see about getting a gift for my girlfriend. This was on Friday, June 13th 2025 for reference. I was greeted immediately (which is not common for me to experience) and I know I looked lost. The staff member by the name of Shar helped me out for a minute, but then let me browse around. I was wondering about the metal used in a bracelet I thought was cool and something my girl would wear and another employee followed up with me. I forgot her name. She had dark curly hair and was super nice. They all were. Anyways, long story short, I had a very pleasant experience. Had any and all questions answered and felt like I was valued even though I didnt spend a whole lot. I like this store and the respect I was treated with. I think the bad reviews by other people with their negative experience here, probably meant that theyre not the kindest people or just plain jerks. I wish more stores had employees like these people were. Thank you very much. If I could rate this store on a 1 to 10 scale, it would be a 10.

5 /5 lizz miller: the two girls who was working (one had dark hair and the other seemed a bit newer) were very helpful, especially the girl with the dark hair. i wish i would have gotten their names! it was my first time in and i got so much stuff! i even ordered 38 more items online later. pura vida is now my favorite jewelry brand for everyday wear. the girl i mainly spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and her suggestions were spot on. im from seattle, and will definitely come back once im in irvine again! :) they deserve tacos :)

5 /5 Vanessa Gutierrez: This afternoon my family and I came into the store and had a great experience with Lauren. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service! She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.
