Mary Suppiger I popped into this store to look at just a simple ring, and I was treated very well. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They made my experience so special, and provided wonderful customer service. Shout out to Javi. He is awesome. There was also another taller, white gentleman that helped me, but I forgot his name unfortunately. He was amazing at helping me find the right size. I left with a beautiful ring, and the desire to give this store more of my business. They made me truly feel like everyone is welcome.

Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

Alex Heverly My husband and his family have been coming for years and we decided to go here for my ring upgrade. I was unfortunately on a time crunch because I’m from out of town and they did everything and so much more to make this process easy and painless! They are phenomenal! They made me feel like family. Psych Nurse Leo seem’s almost like family after our experience with him. He made my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands for our wedding in 2023. He also did an upgrade to my wife’s wedding band to completely cover the ring with diamonds. His skill as a jewelry sculptor is only surpassed by his endless positivity!

Jim Taylor Been working with Dioro for a while. Lately I was in there with several watches for bands, adjustments etc. Corinne is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability. Kira Stapchuck A must visit when you’re in Tahoe! The selection is beautiful and they have very reasonable prices! Their employee Maddie is the absolute best, she helped us out every single time we stopped back in throughout our trip! The owner is super nice as well, and we loved his dog Ollie! 10/10 store, employees and jewelry!

C56 A0891 Yvette & Ozzy are neighborhood staples! They had this shop for many years on the corner of Wisconsin and Coast Highway. They do excellent repair work on watches and all jewelry. They saved my most favorite necklace of all time! Thank you so much! They have wonderful customer service and also have jewelry and other merchandise for sale. Their Kit Cat Klock collection is stellar!
