5 /5 Vasile Gavrila: Very pleasant experience with Estates Consignments. Purchased 3 watches from them, all at very good deals. I never tried their Service Center. I had my vintage watch out for service with a different watch service center, for almost 8 months and they couldnt figure out what is wrong or find parts for my watch. I took the watch to Estates Consignments and I had it back in 2 weeks, working perfectly at a very decent price. I will bring all my watches here from now on. They called me with an estimate the next day, and they would fix it faster but they needed parts. Super fast and very good job!

1 /5 Invisibility Cloak: They have nice items and good prices, but if you’re a person of color, be prepared to be treated unfairly. When I visited, I was followed by not one but two employees the entire time I was browsing. No one else in the store was treated this way, and I was the only person of color there. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I ended up leaving without buying anything because I didn’t feel comfortable.

They were transparent about everything, even putting the watch on hold so I could see it and the papers in person. They were very helpful and quick to respond via email or phone, and I got an incredible deal. We even found a watch for my partner and they help set it up. The whole staff was very kind. If me or my partner decide to get another watch or ring, well definitely check back in here.
