1 /5 Gabrielle Panaiotov: Honestly it’s a rip off I paid over $100 for two watch battery replacements and one chain adjustment for a watch. Not to mention the large scratches we had on the back of one watch from where he tried to get into the watch. Won’t return and would not recommend. Better off doing it yourself.

1 /5 Antonino San Juan: I went to this store on a Sunday and inquired about getting my Rolex Watch polished. The guy told me I need to bring my watch in to have a quote on how much they would charge me and it would only take only 40-50 mins to work on. I went in the next day and brought my watch and then they told me they could not do it that day coz the watch guy was not there so I just left my watch so that they can work on it and the lady quoted me $160 for the work. The next day I came back to pickup my watch it was not Polished and was just deep cleaned?! It was still full of scratches. So they told me that I need to pay $130 more to get it polished. Stay out of this place. Bait and switch type of business. They did not even apologize and just charged me what they want to charge. I would not recommend this place to get anything done.

5 /5 Shayna Kennedy: I took my engagement and wedding bands to get them soldered together, they were friendly, knowledgeable and had it done same day for a reasonable price. I would definitely go there again for jewelry services.

They’re not the cheapest, however, when other’s have struggled to size certain watches I have purchased (particularly those made in China) the staff here at Fast Fix do it with ease. Be sure to ask for Roberto. He’s my go to person.
