He really listened to what we wanted and brought the vision to life perfectly. The ring is everything I could’ve hoped for and more. Everyone we met there was so kind, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. They made the whole experience feel really special. Their selection is incredible too—so many beautiful options. As you can see from the picture, Lam was able to repair it and make them both look like new. At a very difficult time for me, they made me so happy. He is a talented and honest jeweler. He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece.
