In addition, the store is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Plus, the complimentary gift box was a lovely touch! Brian McDermott My wife and I bought a load of T-shirts and Hoodies in their Carmel store, as the choice is great. One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didnt notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service! Thanks again.

Elisa Hirsch How lucky was I to come across this wonderful Jewlers! My watch had stopped working and I realized it was time for a new battery. Luckily for me, Kirk Jewelers is located in the shopping plaza off Russell Ranch Road in Westlake Village. Steve was absolutely wonderful…very polite, replaced my battery in less than 15 minutes and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!!
