They take as much time as you want to educate and explain all options. I felt the prices are reasonable. I also had my wedding set repaired, and the jeweler spent time with me in his office to explain everything. We were also thinking about going to the jewelry mart, but I’m so glad we stopped at AA Jewelry first!
