1 /5 Danielle Shear: This place is a joke. I took my 1.5 diamond ring in there to sell it and he looked at it and did all these things and said because it was a natural diamond. It’s not worth much which is totally opposite from the truth because natural diamonds are worth way more than lab grown and he wanted to give me $900-$1300 for that ring. Needless to say I ran out the door faster than I’ve ever I went to another jeweler. I’m not gonna list the name on this person’s website but if you reach out to me, I can give you the information and they gave me $3500 for my ring.

1 /5 Andrew House: The staff was nice as well as the ring I ordered. However, I dont feel very valued as a customer. I ordered a ring on the 3rd of February and was told it would be ready the latest the 15th. On the 15th, I called to check if it was in, and then when I came to pick it up, the order slip said it had been there since the 10th, 4 days before valentines Day. I guess my order wasnt very important.
