Connor Trafton I worked with Sam to design and create an engagement ring, and the experience could not have been better! He took a design we found, make a couple of smart suggested revisions to the design, and had the whole thing created in a couple of weeks. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - I would easily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or design a ring.

He designs them in front of you and you are able to see it on the screen as he shows you different styles. He is super knowledgeable about stones and was extremely helpful in guiding us through choosing our rings. He helped us find rings within our budget, which we greatly appreciated. No other jewelry store had given us this type of service and we knew right away we wanted to get our rings there. We will be back soon for our wedding bands!

I’d highly recommend you going to see her !! All they need is a website and they’d kill the game with their prices

So I came to the store which is really nice and they have great customer service. The employees are very friendly, and they were able to clean my jewelry and made it look brand new. The owner was kind enough to not charge me for the cleaning. They have a nice selection of jewelry, and I want to come back to look at their necklaces. Very nice jewelry store.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Peggie Garza My Grandson was away at boot camp and he text me that he really wanted to choose his new wife her wedding rings so he could surprise her.(They didn’t find the perfect ones before he left). I told him Jarilyn is the perfect jeweler. Even though it was Easter, Jarilyn worked with us back and forth with photos of gorgeous rings until my grandson chose his favorite. Jarilyn had them ready and sent within a couple of days. The rings are gorgeous. Jarilyn was extremely efficient, friendly, and ready to do anything to make this an enjoyable experience even though we were all in different cities.
