Damien was not only incredibly professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to listen to my needs, asked the right questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. Whether it was picking out the perfect piece, understanding the quality, or discussing financing options, Damien was thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Damien does. He exceeded all of my expectations and made what could’ve been a stressful shopping experience feel easy and even enjoyable. They Have created a beautiful very difficult piece of 14k gold cross which I went all over the bay trying to get it remade for me, and it came out to be very nice shiny stones in the cross which ment soo much to me having it created from scratch. They do Custom jewelery any way you like it! Excellent staff! Marvelous store! Huge variety of selections from earrings, gold, silver, diamonds, rings, hoops, you name it. Authentic Mexican jewelery . My favorite made in Italy jewelery they vary too!!

Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. Ive always thought of jewelry as a spiritual exchange of artists love and unique creative philosophies. Esqueleto embodies respect, appreciation, and care for all the independent jewelers they carry. They also offer some of the most unique curated pieces among Bay Area shops I visited, and Ive discovered many jewelers work (eg.
