Expert Repairs - Palm Desert
Abigail I have brought about 8 pieces to these guys and each time I’m amazed at what returns. Brought in an incredibly difficult resizing job in a high karat that I didn’t expect they’d be able to complete. It was done PERFECTLY. They are some of the most talented jewelers in the desert and are an absolute a hidden gem in the mall. They are truly kind and honest but the work alone speaks for itself. Sean Allen Cannot thank the team at the master touch jewelers enough. My wife’s 35 year old wedding ring settings were worn and the stones were in danger of falling out. The team came up with a great solution that kept the original integrity of the ring and actually enhanced it. Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.
