Felix bro I had a great experience at La Hacienda Pawn Shop. I came in looking for a gold ring for my girlfriend, and they had a beautiful selection at great prices. The staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. I also picked up a pair of Beats headphones that work perfectly and gave it to me below the price that they are online . While I was there, I found a lovely ring for my mom for Mother’s Day that she absolutely loved. I’ll definitely be coming back they’ve got great deals and even better service.

Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.
