Jeremy Leo I am absolutely pleased with the service and my experience at the Walnut Creek branch. Everyone who I worked with was very polite and knowledgeable and helped to guide me to my purchases. I will for sure be returning for any other future purchases that I may want. Very happy with the quality of the products as well.

Stephanie Mercurio Mike helped make adjustments to a bracelet chain. He went above and beyond to make sure it fit perfectly. He even cheerfully cleaned some of my other jewelry. He and his wife were so personable and kind. My customized bracelet was ready the next day and perfect! Best service I couldve hope for. 5 Stars

Vanessa Gutierrez This afternoon my family and I came into the store and had a great experience with Lauren. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service! She is the only reason I returned to purchase another bracelet for my daughters and the reason I’m rating the 5 stars. To the supervisor that was there at this time (7.22.23 at about 2:30pm) a 0 star. Your staff was providing great service and the way you spoke to her in front of us and other customers was uncalled for. Great job Lauren! You are a great representation of what Pura Vida is.

Serena Y You definitely want to give yourself enough time to look through the museum and the store because its filled with so many amazing rocks and fossils. The dark room in the museum section is so cool. My parents have purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Gaumers, and its all beautiful. Seeing the store in person was really a treat. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. The women who worked there were friendly and attentive as well. I will be making it a point to stop in every time Im in Northern CA. Updated October 2023*- Gaumers is still just as lovely and has added a new room within the museum area, which is a must-see.

Miriam Mendoza My parents and family friends had always purchased items for special occasions at Teresas. Which is why when we baptized our goddaughter I knew exactly where we needed to go. It was a good thing we were baptizing in California, since we moved to Wyoming in 2008. I had texted a picture of the beautiful necklace and pendant Enrique and Teresa had helped us pick out to a friend and she loved it! Flash forward to last year, this friend started planning for her daughters Quinceañera. I knew right away I wanted to be her sponsor for her necklace/pendant. I asked my sister to please go, take pictures and purchase for us. When we received the items I thought the bottom of the pendant was scratched/scuffed up. I called the store and spoke with Teresa who immediately offered to help getting it taken care of. I mailed out the items and the entire team helped get things taken care if. The pendant was not scratched/scuffed it turns out the angel below the Virgin Mary was a different color and that was why it looked that way. Enrique and Nancy helped take care of things, polishing and getting the pendant to look just as we wanted. Overall it was a great experience, even though we were in a completely different state!
