Tasbiha Lat Went in to get my expensive watch battery replaced. He BROKE it instead, gave him 3 weeks to fix. And he kept saying come in tomorrow. I ended up taking my watch back (still broken not fixed). He didn’t own up to his mistake either and instead showed me attitude.

This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.

Jordan Su Owner Chad is a really cool person. Great customer service and creates a good environment for people getting into gold and silver. Absolutely no pressure and the premiums over spot are the best in town. Huge selection and I never feel like hes trying to hard sell things. This is my new precious metals shop for sure.
