5 /5 Tera Melcher: Had a piece of jewelry that we wanted to sell but werent sure where to go being new to the area. We found Humboldt Pawn online and all of the positive reviews and decided it was worth a shot. We were greeted by Jessica who was very friendly and knowledgeable and we ended up walking away with more money than we expected to get! We were blown away by the experience. Jessica is awesome! She also ended up talking to us about places and events we should check out now that we live here. A+

5 /5 Deborah Hunt: First time in. The store is bigger than pictured online and they have a huge selection of items. Brody greeted me and assisted me with my needs. He went above and beyond. So 5 stars for Brody and the shop! Ill be back.

5 /5 Cayton Wiley: I brought in what I thought was a 1 ounce, 18 karat gold necklace. I had been hanging onto it as it was a gift from my dad, who passed in 2009. Jessica knew right away it was not real gold but actually brass. I couldn’t help but start to cry and she was so sympathetic and helpful, and she wasn’t embarrassed at all at my reaction. She stayed cheery and positive through the rest of our transaction; I had brought in some other things and was there at least half an hour. We chatted the whole time and it was an absolute pleasure. When I left I wasn’t thinking about the money that I had expected to walk out with, I was thinking about what a great time I had talking with Jessica. She totally brightened what could have turned out to be a bad day. The world is a better place with people like her in it. Thanks kid!

The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. If you do your homework, they are open to hearing your reasoning and will often consider counter offers. The storefront is always clean, organized, and offers a diverse selection of items. As a bonus, if you are lucky, you might even find fresh, locally baked donuts available free of charge. Highly recommend checking them out!
