He took time to answer every question, explained things clearly, and never pushed for a sale. The shop has some amazing pieces in the cases and Mike really knows his stuff—both the jewelry and the market. Left feeling informed and taken care of. 1 /5 Shihan Sun: Not transparent at all when they purchase gold jewellery. They offered half market price of gold and refuse to tell you even the total weight of your pieces. Such a waste of time. I also don’t like the arrogant attitude of this shop but maybe that is because I’m not the rich group they target.

Hes absolutely interested in understanding what type of jewelry you would love or he will help you get there by asking the right questions. The jewelry is top notch as he has ties with various local and national designers. Tons of stuff to look at, lots of options and most importantly a very "family" style buying experience so you dont feel like theyre just trying to make a sale. Definitely recommend visiting to become a lifetime customer!
