From the moment I met him, it felt as though I was reconnecting with an old friend. Sam and his team were incredibly warm, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. Years ago, I cracked the 2 carat center diamond in my wedding ring and unfortunately had to shave off 1/4 carat. I attempted to redesign the ring 3 separate times (with 3 different jewelers) but was never fully satisfied with the results. Therefore, I rarely wore my wedding ring—and I truly missed having one that felt special to me. After a friend recommended Sam from Modern Jewelers, I decided to give it one last try. I’m so glad I did! Sam took the time to understand my vision, offered his expert advice, and worked very closely with his Master Jeweler to create a stunning design. The final piece exceeded my expectations in every way—elegant, meaningful, and a wedding ring I am genuinely proud to wear again. Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

In the past I have purchased other items. Mary is so helpful, knowledgeable, down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. Mary assisted and showed me different options. Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

peter cohen 32 years ago my wife, 7 months pregnant at the time came in to R. Zach looking for a wedding ring ( yes we were living in sin). She found a beautiful vintage ring and wanted to see if I would like it. Zach said take it home and show him- didn’t ask for any security or credit card. Since then we have been doing business there on special Occasions, holidays/ to buy jewelry, watches , guitars etc. They do even the smallest repairs as a service to their customers and stand behind their work. They used to have a T- shirt that said “ it’s like having an uncle in the jewelry business” I wish t- shirts lasted 32 years- I need another one.

Recently Sonia, the owner, helped me pick out a selection of local handmade cards for a big project. The staff is great. The space is lively and the prices are fair. Looking forward to returning soon.
