She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. Andrew Garner I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.
