Arie was so informative, professional, friendly, timely, communicative, and the craftsmanship is on point!! The fit was perfect (comfort & size wise) & the quality and color of the gold was excellent. She made the process fun and easy-cool vibes! I will def recommend her!! ✨bling bling lol

Layla Payte We were in the market for a ring and saw Josephs and decided to stop in. So glad we did! We received phenomenal service! We were treated so well and got a great deal on our ring! About 2 months later one of the stones fell out. We were pretty bummed but when we read the warranty it looked like the repair would be covered but we would have to pay for the stone. Sounded fair to us. So we went in, and once again received great customer service and were told they were going to take care of everything! We highly recommend Josephs!

R J This new store is very nice. There’s a lot of options and more variety for different price ranges. Also, the customer service is really good. Everybody is very sweet and kind and patient and very helpful. I highly recommend you check it out. They have amazing gifts and pieces that are a good investment for the price point. I’ll be back soon for more. Also look at these beautiful earrings I got for my moms birthday.

D.B D I highly, highly recommend this pawn shop! I was actually referred to them by a guy at my usual shop in the area. That says a lot, considering he was literally sending possible business across the street. Bobby was extremely helpful. I know nothing about guitars and was a little nervous about doing business with a new shop. These guys were totally cool, upfront, and honest. In addition to giving me a really good loan for my guitars, Bobby gave me a whole history lesson on my newly inherited guitars. They are absolute professionals. I cant say enough good things.

Sheila Thompson If I could give more stars I would! Betty and Shirley are amazing and so much fun. They treat you like family from the minute you walk through the door. I was on a moderate budget and Shirley was able to exceed my expectations in what I could afford. In addition, Betty educated me on how to "dip" my gold jewelry instead of having to remount so that I could wear my tennis bracelet that I never wore because it was gold. They are my new besties!
