Art Guerrero Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

(which is sooo relieving considering the fact that jewelry stores usually pressure you into buying shiny things) They really take the time to show you things your interested in, answer ALL questions, see your options and more. We ended up buying some beatiful earrings with a great warranty. I definitely recommend this place.

Char Char This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

Hapagirl Jackie the store supervisor is phenomenal. She was so kind and personable throughout my whole shopping experience. Compared to walking into Aritzia or Abercrombie and I didnt even receive so much as a glance in the same day. She has great customer service skills and I believe she will go far with this company. Hey district and regional managers this girl needs a raise and to be promoted! Not to mention she helped me save a lot of money. I bought a pair of levis (which I am very pleased you are carrying this brand), a top, and four accessories. I will definitely be coming back to this location solely due to your employee. D.B D I highly, highly recommend this pawn shop! I was actually referred to them by a guy at my usual shop in the area. That says a lot, considering he was literally sending possible business across the street. Bobby was extremely helpful. I know nothing about guitars and was a little nervous about doing business with a new shop. These guys were totally cool, upfront, and honest. In addition to giving me a really good loan for my guitars, Bobby gave me a whole history lesson on my newly inherited guitars. They are absolute professionals. I cant say enough good things.
