We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

Brought in an incredibly difficult resizing job in a high karat that I didn’t expect they’d be able to complete. It was done PERFECTLY. They are some of the most talented jewelers in the desert and are an absolute a hidden gem in the mall. They are truly kind and honest but the work alone speaks for itself. Dense R I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)
