1 /5 Scott Heitman: I brought in a watch that I recently inherited because it wasn’t working and I assumed it needed a battery. They don’t do watch service in house and needed to send it out to their expert. A few days later they said that it would be $650 to replace the battery. I wanted a second opinion so I denied the service and the watch was returned no problem. I took the watch to Creations Jeweler across town who also sent it in to their watch expert. When it came back they didn’t charge me anything because it’s an automatic watch that doesn’t use a battery, it just needed to be wound (I don’t know anything about nice watches obviously). So the watch expert at Napa Valley Jewelers, that had my watch for several days before sending the quote, was going to scam me $650 to replace a battery in an automatic watch?!!

5 /5 Nicolas Diaz: Great local jewelry that has been in business for over 25 years. The staff is super friendly, they make you feel comfortable, and are not pushy on the upsale. Prices are good considering it is Napa. They clean your rings for free as you are shopping.

5 /5 Josemanuel Vega: I was a bit hesitant on coming into a jeweler store in Napa because, as a local, I know Napa is a tourist town and can be quite fancy. When I walked in, Altaf, the owner, greeted me warmly and showed patience and respect. I did not get any pushy vibes or any of the salesman tactics I was expecting. I was shopping for something a bit unique for an engagement and Altaf gave me the right guidance I needed. He went above and beyond by staying late and waiting for me because I came back to the store later that day after I finally made up my mind. While there, a friend from high school popped in and we caught up. Altaf was kind enough to pour us some champaign because I was sharing the news that I was going to make a very big step in my life. Altaf is a really down to earth guy and is humble, smart and very professional. He kindly threw in a free resize. Weeks later, our dog chewed up the ring box and Altaf was kind enough to replace it for us. Highly recommend! Even if you are a local!

Ken and his staff have always been so helpful throughout time. Highly recommend.
