I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products. Thank you all so much!

I have since sold some gold items and have had terrible offers by comparison. Im on a train there now to get what I now know is the best I can do in both Orange and la counties. Boosh Yee My girlfriend and I were just going into look at rings since it was near by where we were doing errands. Well we had not set foot in another jewelry store in Bakersfield AND NOW we will not have to after visiting Robson Jewelers. The jeweler himself and the sales lady were extremely friendly and helpful!! PLUS my girlfriend has been looking at other sites on line and nothing even compares to Robsons awesome selection online and the process to make it your own.
