Her warm energy, patience, and knowledge of the jewelry made my visit so enjoyable. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even got me to fall in love with a few extra charms I didn’t know I needed! 5 /5 jamai jamai: I had a great experience at Pandora this week. I was hoping to just find some nice jewelry for my gf and I got some laughs as well with Christina. She really made the experience enjoyable, as I hate jewelry shopping. Her simple jokes helped ease the pain of being there. My girlfriend loves the charms! Thank you !

1 /5 Abc (SMM): Recently got an engraved bracelet here and the girl made it upside down. So now the “Pandora” is upside down if my quote is right side up. The worst part about it is that the girl who made, she knew it was upside down and proceeded to make it.

2 /5 Erika Morales: I came in today to return two charms I had ordered online, maybe and possibly exchanging them for something else. When I came in I saw 5 employees in the center and Daryn greeted me. I explained my online order but I felt like because of the way I looked I might have been someone who looked shady or something. I gave her my online order number and she said she needed to get her manager to look over it. And the manager got on her cell phone and it looked like she was googling maybe if my charms were legit or not. I got the vibe that I was not to be trusted. I get it that maybe that’s a constant concern in your store but in front of the customer it just makes you feel less than. I had my kids in their stroller too and I was trying to look around for a possible exchange and one employee said excuse me but not so politely. It was hard to get around with my stroller. I felt like I was in the way of everything which I get a lot of the times because I have twins and one is autistic so I have to make sure I push around the stroller so he doesn’t get up. I get it the store is small but I was trying to look around for other options. Maybe if someone could’ve helped me and shown me charms so I didn’t have to go around. I knew I wanted something Disney. Again no one helped me at all only until I had asked for something specific which Daryn gladly helped me. But it’s just interesting 5 employees working and no one checking in on you. And I had to be the one to speak up! Just felt judge and I’m a gold member. Not saying it to make me sound super important but I like shopping for charms and I had a great experience at the Montclair mall. Just disappointed at this location. And not to mention there was two other people there so it wasn’t like they were super busy.

2 /5 Daisy Gonzalez: I came in here looking to buy a few items, bracelet, charms, earrings, and necklace. I walked in and a lady was helping someone in the front already. So I continued to walk to find what I was looking for. I passed by two extra employees that were just standing around behind the counter looking at the front door waiting for Customers it seemed like. I made eye contact and they ignored me and continued to look past me. I stood around waiting for help and they just kept ignoring me. Another employee comes in from the back I believe and did the same thing they all continued to talk and smirk and laugh. I literally walked to store 2-3 times and stood by the charms waiting for help which never came. After about 10-15 min I decided to take my business as where. As I was about to leave the lady that was helping someone else asked if I needed help. I informed her that I did need help but it seemed like none of the employees wanted to help me since they just stood there talking and acting like I wasn’t in there. I ended up going to zales after.
